All the "commandments" were realised many centuries prior to Christianity was conceived. It just took all the current school of thought and packaged it that was appealing to the masses. It's the Apple of religious silicon valley a middle eastern offshoot. There are virtually thousands of other religions out there who could of taken that spot.

I suppose you could look at religion as a useful tool. Certainly one for controlling the masses to be obedient sheep. But you are thinking in terms satisfying some deep, philosophical, spiritual yearning.

Well if you were to think of it like an electric shock therapy or a large stick to beat some mongoloid tribals into stop being cannibals or not try to rape and pillage each other then sure it's useful.

In today's day and age it's an intellectual torture mechanism or spiritual cheetos dipped in grease. To stop thinking and just believe...

I'm interested to hear your thoughts on this:

"Taliban Restrictions on Women’s Rights Deepen Afghanistan’s Crisis
The Taliban have barred women from universities and many workplaces, compelling several aid organisations to pause operations in Afghanistan and donors to contemplate cuts to assistance. Yet the principled response remains to mitigate the harm these harsh rulings are doing to the most vulnerable Afghans.

What’s new? The Taliban have ordered the most sweeping rollbacks of women’s rights since retaking power in 2021, part of a series of escalating moves to enforce the group’s heterodox conservatism. Girls and women are losing access to education, employment and public spaces as well as other basic freedoms."

yeah lol i noticed that too, some people almost go out of their way to try discredit religion
the scary thing is alot of people who say they dont believe actually hate God and blame God for the bad things in their life
even non believers curse God and trust me that is not a smart thing to do

I think a lot of people have good reason to discredit religion. I recommend the autobiography of Carl Panzram as an example of how an abused child turned into a serial killer. He remarks that his desire is basically to get revenge on God by killing and hurting as many innocent as possible. It is extremely relevant because no one knows how he would have turned out if he not been indoctrinated. It is very clear from his writing however that he is extremely bitter and resentful.

You already know my stance on religion, especially on Abrahamaic ones. The whataboutism can be applied to any one of them with just as terrible examples.

I don't think you can call all these anti-theist. Radical right and radical left is more appropriate. You are juxtaposing in a way that implies all secular forms of government are inherently evil. With the data above, I don't think that case can be made because many millions suffered at the hands of Christians.

If you look at the table here in the page below, you will see Christianity is the major religion among Nazi's leading up to the holocaust. Catholicism is second. This is clear evidence imo that there were many highly religious Nazi's. Some of this is reflected in their doctrine as well.

i used the expression "atheist/antitheist i didnt just say "antitheist"

if you have "radical right" "radical left" where in this structure do you place libertarian

im showing you documented history and your trying to make excuses for it rather than acknowledge atheist/antitheist legacy.

"...many millions suffered at the hands of Christians." (grossly false)

ya right christians tear down crosses and put up swastikas

catholic institution didnt rebuke the nazi regime to their eternal shame

a nazi say he is christian and you would believe that. clearly you have no comprehension of 'christian. you also believe a dude is a girl cause the dude says he is?
