Nvm not even sure that's a korkers on your left foot
I'm so glad I don't roof anymore
Craziness (you know what I mean)
I definitely know what you mean, I worked up north in Fort McMurray this winter and it literally snowed 80% of the time out there and we were working on new cons. Between 180 and 490 bundle town blocks/condos, they were designed so stupid! Some of the skirts on the condos were 55 bundles (about 13-15 shingles high) and had 103 vents on them. We were literally cutting 2 vents out for each shingle we slapped on the vent rows. It hit -39° C (-49°C with the windchill) and we were the only idiots out there on the job site. All the framers gone, plumbers, electricians it was a ghost site. We had to work because guys on crew were starving and it didn't look good on me to take any days off, eventually I quit that company because even for me it was dumb.

Haha, I know exactly what you mean man and no those aren't korkers. To me it's not worth trying to put up with these guys' ego. I really don't care who's the faster shingler or who can do the sketchiest thing on a roof anymore. For that reason I'm trying to get out of anything to do with sloped roofs, I shovel snow off for $25 an hour now but I have an interview with a flat roofing company tomorrow and I applied at the YYC airport security and I'm just waiting for them to get results from my criminal background check. In the mean time back to studying to become a Pilot after being out of school for 10 years.
