Sadly this just displays a basic misunderstanding of how ai works. You train models on a set of images. Most forums and online message boards for ai want to know the model-set used and the poster generally states it willingly.

Especially recently there has been a big focus on removing models with any young looking faces. The norm is that if there's nsfw content in a model set, the model set should not contain young faces, so that there should be no crossover.

Ai also needs a set of text prompts to create an image which generally also is posted with images, this is also another clue as to what is being used to generate the images.

My gf is mid 20s but when she takes photos with make up and her big eye filter she looks younger than that anime, but I can show you her passport lol.
