I'm having so much fun leveling my Longsword Proficiency despite not having more than one good Longsword. LOL
My Level 25 Longsword with 107% EE and several mods can get me from Level 25 to 55. I use random "no EE" Longswords from 4 to 25.
The reason it works out quite well for me is because I'm an elite self Healer as well. My Healing ability is the best on Hardcore (Rank 25).
Finding this sword like three weeks ago totally rejuvenated my excitement for Hardcore Ladder Slasher. Without it I'd feel lonely with no energy.

+8 Intelligence
+61 Max Mana
+2 Mana Regen
+3 Critical Strike
+12% Mana Syphon
But from Level 55 to 71 I'll go back to clubbing to finish my climb. I may reach Rank 4 Longsword on my next solo climb. #18 on Longsword Ladder.
If I ever find a Level 40, 45, 50 or 55 Longsword with 100%+ Enhanced Effect like I found with my 25 Longsword. I'll dominate. I have the power!!
