Probably the most telling thing about flat earth theory is that it doesn't have its own theory. The argument for flat earth consists almost entirely of attempts to 'debunk ball earth'. This is not how a model is made. You can't build a body of evidence for a proposition by tearing down another.

I'm genuinely interested to know - what evidence is there specifically for a flat earth other than it looking relatively flat to the surface observer?
