No anesthetic and they weren't painful to me at least. I've had / have a lot of piercings over the years. The outside ring bled a lot though when it was done lol so it healed a bit slower, but aside that just the general soreness / swelling for the following ~week or so then it was whatever.

I always thought they'd need a local anesthetic for that kind of stuff. Glad it wasn't that bad, they actually fit your style quite well. And that's rare because those rings usually look odd on people if not worn correctly / matches their style

The only time I've been at the parlor and seen them even mention anything to dull/numb the pain is a possible local topical rub for a penis or clitoral piercing and even then it's far and few when I've heard it referenced. I want to get a pitchfork at some point but I've debating since that may end up passing my pain tolerance threshold. And thanks, I was debating on snakebites but after "trying" them on I was like "eh" and waited a week and went back and got the spider bites instead.

You get all 4 holes at once (back to back basically). But even though I used to have an industrial I'm not sure how well I could handle 4x at once through cart. And I do have a particularly high pain tolerance.
