I’ve been to a hidden Scotch and Whiskey bar in Sydney. More or less you walk down a dark alleyway and a dude is standing next to dumpster. You show him you ID then go down a stairwell which opens up to a 1930/40’s style bar underground.

I’ve tried a few different drops from there but wouldn’t be able to tell you any of the brands etc

Didn't even think of that until I read this...

From a google search....

"The tariffs could raise prices for American companies and customers who import products from Europe, affecting airlines, manufacturers and consumers at the grocery store. The list of products released from the United States reads like a gourmet shopping list, with the administration planning to place a 25 percent tax on imports of Parmesan cheese, mussels, coffee, single malt whiskeys and other agricultural goods from Europe."

UK is soon leaving the European Union single market, so those tariffs are to be superceded.

Yes America. Scotland is in the UK. No America, Scotland is not in England..

I don't believe the tariffs are done in a way to say that product A, B, C will be tariffed at X% if it is coming from an EU country.

It is specific products, at specific percentages, from specific countries. It isn't certain that tariffs placed on goods from the UK would be lifted after Brexit.

But thank you for explaining the whole England vs Scotland vs Britain vs UK thing for us...
