because its 2d math, which according to you doesn't apply to 3d.

when u are driving in a car past a rural farm, and u see a cow far off in the paddock, the cow is hardly moving while the fence or power poles are zipping past you quite quickly
all this is happening in 3D and is also what parallax is...

Believe me we all know very well how these laws work.
As said they seem to apply differently in you world

Take perspective and the sun for example

By you own definition and words
1) the sun appears small because of its distance from us (we all agree here)
2) during sunset it moves further away until it is out of the range of our vision
3) yet it still remains the same distance from us and thus still appears the same size during sunset

Why then can i use a 2d figure to represent parallax perfectly, but your convergence magically doesn't work that way? Because it's literally the exact same reason for both observations.
