Remember when you would play competitive split screen video games with friends?

You'd ask them if they were cheating by screen looking and they would say no.

They refused to admit their wrong.

Those with wisdom are few and far between my son.

so you not say when someone is a little wrong, only when they are huge wrong.

Isn't that essentially how research is done? I mean, that's why the internet is great... as long as people show respect, discussing and learning to stand one's ground is not a bad thing. It is the lack of respect that is more problematic. I have no problems admitting i am wrong .. but it is no neccessary to do so as long as i've shown respect.. I know if i was wrong, and i'll take the wisdom, as long as it is not coming from some pos a$$hole. That is what i have more problems with - people that are outright evil, a$$hole-ish and disgusting. I just don't understand that. I don't get the point. I've concluded that it must be a psychological illness; Psychopathic traits and behaviour.

Another good thing about internet is that the intelligent and enduring people usually wins. In reality, the bullying a$$holes usually "win", even if they are wrong, because if they lose or have faulty opinons, they use violence to shut people up. Just look to the school system.

As you get older it's just easier to admit that you were wrong.
You see things more clearly. Maturity and knowledge is power.

Being wrong is associated with disdain and condemnation. People fear being wrong because of how others might react.
