Boy scouts isn’t just camping.... they teach leadership roles and many important life skills, by the time they get their Eagle they have been through 14+ interviews, a job interview after that shit feels like second nature - they get recommendation letters for good colleges they do community service - the list goes on and on, beats the shit outta selling cookies and chatting with a buncha ‘mean girls’ lol
All I'm saying is it's weird how the boy scouts is suddenly just the scouts and the girl scouts remains the girl scouts. I definitely think the girl scouts could use more general practical things like the b.scouts have but I know sometimes younger kids are more relaxed around the same gender. Imagine of the boy scouts was exclusive but the girl scouts became the scouts. There would be outrage. It's a sad time we are living in when things can be so backwards and hypocritical. Sexism is alive and well on both sides.
A woman rapes a boy vs a man rapes a girl. The same issue they should be punished the same but its rarely the case. The boy is often thought of as "supposed to lile it hes getting pusay dawg grats to him".
