Personally I live in Scotland, UK.
Best thing here is NHS I would think, but is great place to live, regardless. Apart from the cold ofc
But if serious about moving, mainland Europe (Germany mainly- imo) would be a good choice too
Germans r nice people as a whole. There are always exceptions ofc.

Germany is cool. Loads of foreigners are in there, but you have to get used to their mentality. They're different. At first they seem cold and arrogant, but imo, once you get to know them, they're super nice and friendly.
