Don't you think they would hire private investigators and shit to recover a large amount of money? video evidence is going to rape you in court --

The only thing they can do in that regard is repossess assets that will pay off whatever it can. They don't need a PI, I technically did not commit a crime. If they want to take all my assets of value due to me maxing and filing, they will do it handily. I obviously don't know the entire layout of events, but people do this all the time with no repercussion (other than destroying your credibility). Also credit companies WILL loan to you if they seen you went through a bankruptcy. They usually wait the standard time I told you and start you out on a strict secured credit card. I know plenty of people that bounced back from it and have a very healthy portfolio after spending 10 or so years shaking off the filing and slowly (and i mean slowly) building impeccable credit.

English please?

im not going to add it up- smart people will tell me to shut the fuck up. when u get the pink copy....... there are check mark boxes about the vehicle...... totaled was the one that was checked-off... meaning, its done.

svedka is a vodka; on subject, i dont drink hard A anymore.... that means hard alcohol, hard alcohol would be vodka, gin, or dark liquor, such as whiskey, rum, etc....

i check my credit, i can get whatever.. but im an artist so u probably wouldnt believe me if i screenshot it.. cuz spoofing it would be like the back of my hand

fleeing the scene means you don't get a misdemenor, which is a criminal offense, however it does not enter felony until you get yourself a solid 3 of the same.

subs are things in the trunk that BUMP and make music- i had two twelves, and two tens.... thats the radius, a radius is the diameter of the speaker... this particular speaker is for the "C Channel" so that it pumps bass.

my trunk was very heavy, having four subwoofers. The car itself was special edition... came with 1,000 watt "shaker" those were the two 10s in the back, i just added a brain dead heavy box with HEAVY ass twelves.... the stars aligned, and i sadly slid off the road.

ive been knocked down by my dad who is a Marine when I went to visit him and i woke up in my bed

at least he taught me how to shoot any weapon... makes life easier when you have a shotty for defense..... defense is when you're stopping someone else....

So lets just say you buy 100 grand worth of stuff and file bankruptcy.. they hire investigators to see that you aren't broke and are living well on that money or have things that weren't declared in the bankruptcy. So then they come and take all they can find, and what are you left with?? complete dog shit credit that MIGHT be repaired in decades worth of work... and all the stuff you thought you got away in bankruptcy court has been taken back...

Whats your hypothetical ?

I'm talking about if you refuse to pay off the debt after.... like if he has a perfect score and gets 100 grand in credit than buys 100 grand worth of stuff then says screw it and files bankruptcy ... cant they sue?

also wont that completely wreck your credit forever??

not to mention those companies will never loan again to that person

yeh u will never get a loan for a house

but hey the money u scammed from them can go to a down payment if u trust them

good luck on that... I knew people during the 2008 financial crisis that had masters degree's and 250k in debt and couldn't find a job... really made me think twice about student loans and shit
