If you were starting a Sorceress from scratch. No items, no help and no friends.
Playing solo 8-player offline. Which is best to start? Lightning, Fire or Cold Sorc?
The Lightning Sorc intrigues me because it seems pretty straight forward and simple.

I actually started a wind Druid for fun for offline 8 player. I've never played one before.
All my years playing D2: LoD since the Summer of 2001 and D2R I was a Summon Druid.

Not sure how to level more efficiently though. All my primary skills are higher skill levels. LOL
The only good thing is with 8 player experience (massive on Switch version ) I'll gain experience fast.

I guess I can use a level 1 Arctic Blast and then invest into cyclone armor early on. Before twister, tornado and hurricane.

I'm not going to waste a respec. I'll just take on the challenge for better or worse.

Wind Druid is absolute trash for pvm sadly but the fire version isn't that bad some go as far as saying it's a tier

But it's physical and cold damage. Correct? I can eventually find budget gear like a Lawbringer for an Act 5 merc to spam decrepify. I'm not expecting to ever find any sunder charms given how incredibly hard it is now. And on offline, starting from scratch, it's gotta be based around pure budget gear. Maybe if I'm lucky and grind some serious time I'll eventually find some high runes. Given the 8 player games (better odds) and the maps being the same is a huge plus for sure.

Yeah the problem is nado is slow and is very hard to aim. They are so great in pvp but awful in pvm. If you are just having fun in sp I'd still try it out yourself.

If you're playing singleplayer

enable unlimited respecs, go to "Game Settings" and enter "-enablerespec" in the "Additional command line arguments" box.
This allows you to reset your skills and stats without limitations in offline play.
Hold ALT and left click on the red button next to your stats and it resets all your stats and skills.

A decent map seed for some speed farming is -seed 1056279548
the seed argument will require a new character to make use.
