I actually managed to get my BMI to dip below 25. I was so happy but then my weight rebounded.
BTW I know your like 13 years younger than me, but you talk like an older brother to me. I like it
That is great, however weight is more of a side issue, the real progress is in mobility where you feel your bones unlocking
You can keep the weight down if you stick to a high protein diet, high protein every meal. It keeps you full whereas carbs just make you more hungry
