No offense just my impression lately;
Jre is rarely good or worth hearing anymore, maybe 1/10 guests worth hearing out. But 75% are these "stand up comedians" he is trying to promote from his comedy club and it's just **** podcast lately, rarely interesting beyond some small sections and can never avoid bringing up woke nonsense every episode, and it's just tiering and frankly disgusting.

Some exceptions depending on who's guesting are still top quality tho.

Protect our parks overrated, heard a couple or few at least partly. (On jre)..bout the same thing, yawn, not interesting, script/copy cats, woke, don't care topics and like I'm thinking come on this again?? Shut the **** up - next.

Bad friends - haven't heard, feel free to link a better than average episode. What do they talk about?

Moms house... Only heard "your mom's basement" (on some mma with Dana White) guessing that's not it.

Ya, agreed. I'd say Lex Fridman and Andrew Huberman have mostly replaced JRE for me.




I like Dave Ramsey, I've watched some of his videos. I'm quite illiterate when it comes to finance, so it's great having someone explain how to save, what good investments are,etc.

Paul Offit is a fellow of the Committee for Skeptical Inquiry, co-inventor of a rotavirus vaccine. Offit is the Maurice R. Hilleman Professor of Vaccinology, professor of pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, former chief of the Division of Infectious Diseases (1992–2014), and the director of the Vaccine Education Center at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

In this conversation they talk about whether whether mandates were effective, whether lying to society to get them to vaccinate is ever acceptable, whether the # of people died with and died from is over-inflated.

some of my views on covid were wrong based on what I heard in this conversation. I trust Offit on all things vaccines and infectious disease, which means I've had to update how I think about covid after hearing this conversation.

podcasts are ass. I dont listen to any.

No podcasts for me, I am not great at listening. Back when I watched TV, I always needed to turn on the caption.
