yea ill be out Whatipu/huia the day after i arrive trying to catch a kingi off the rocks... the sunsets on the westcoast beaches are just the best ive got some primo photos from Feb out at Karekare with the mrs we love it out there!

we use liveis mainly but always take stickbaits incase we cant get a livey or incase they wont eat it... i sold my boat a while ago unfortunately and sold my fishing kayak for money for this trip but my best mate lives on waiheke and he has a boat so ill be heading over there for a few nights after newyears :thumbsup:

Sounds like fun man. We've had 2 weeks straight summer weather, it's been fucking sweet, especially after how shit this winter was.

yea the photos and videos ive been getting are just torture, the suns out the sea is like glass in all of them!... bring on the bbq's and beers after a day on the water i cant wait!
