Mechanical gyros show the Earth is a ball. Accelerometers can measure differences in gravity in different locales on the ball planet's surface. Airy's failure and the Sagnac Effect have been corrected by Einstein, you should probably read that whole link before quoting it. You still haven't posted any proof of what you think "ring laser gyros prove."
