When a slinky is strechted out it has conserved energy and will spring back to its resting state. U r 2 dumb.

yes it does. you keep saying "it doesnt meet the definition". ok how?

because in terms of it's shape and desire to return to that shape when tension is applied it perfectly matches the definition. if you cant argue with this why not just give up and act like you never said something so silly as "a slinky isn't a spring". its a weak spring, just admit it and we can move on to the next topic.
