you squeeze the fresh juice in a small bowl w/ tooth brush or you chew until pulverized then spit out and brush.
youll thank me when your teeth are whiter than ever. bromelain is real. those guys selling waste for crest arent.

i remember reading about a part of the old testament that warned of demons with super powers and how real profits would not have powers but when i looked i could never find it.
