Not only is her face gorgeous, but that daring top she's wearing despite of her breasts not appearing as prominent as the other women's really shows confidence.

Looks like they're at some sort of party or event (otherwise that top would be a bit inappropriate) since they're wearing heels, have their hair curled and have smokey makeup done.
Anyways, black jeans and a tanktop is a rather boring choice of outfit for an event.
