Within my little non-believer since birth life, I have no issues with people who choose to be religious and/or who choose to be spiritual. It is when a religious/spiritual/non-religious individual and/or a community of those aforementioned identities uses their choice to deny others the priceless freedoms, safety, and opportunities that they have struggled, some even losing their life, for. The latter kind of religious/spiritual/non-religious person appears to be adding to the suffering of others rather than reflecting that they are in possession of a moral compass.
