My central hvac unit stopped working, normally I'd call a guy, but I'm kinda short on cash, so I took it apart myself, diagnosed the blower motor is burned out, so bought a new motor, 230$ when to install and blower fan was damaged to so that was another 170$, went ahead and splurged for a new capacity since I was in there another 30$
Now it works good as new, which was better than before anyway

But on a serious note, just make your own. Grab a fan, and crack it on full and put a couple of chairs back to back and drape a couple wet towels over the chairs in the flow of the fan. As that's going pop another two wet towels in the freezer and when they are crispy, like 20 mins, swap them with the towels in front of the fan.

Use a fan. A big floor fan. And take a walk in the woods, the air is cooler there. A cold shower helps too. But sometimes you just have to weather things, like we Ents always have.

Got it fixed. Def gonna dispute the charge on my AMEX. feel like I got robbed and they put in those parts that didn't even need to be replaced.
