get past the fixture of "dating" and decide what you want. If you want a fling or fwb, thats easy and doesnt need to be much more than some marketing on a dating app
If you want a relationship that is beyond meeting for coffee, decide what you want. Some times what you want starts with working on yourself and just knowing yourself. If you are not prepared to be vulnerable, maybe start there.
