self doubt maybe

Wrong. Let me explain. Are you ready for this highly intelligent perspective?

I doubt this because you're the idiot who was advocating to remove the word "free" from the dictionary because you learned what opportunity cost is and started to think it applies to everything, so then you start thinking, "wow, nothing in this world is free," and because this obvious fact of nothing truly being free came to your mind, you began your spiral down to depression, but no suprise here, this is the typical weak-minded, nerdy-weeb, cringe behavior we all know too well, and now that you are medicated and numbing the mentally ill, dysfunctional, cognitive processing section of your poor brain, you are starting to realize how stupid you were, but you dont realize how stupid you still are, while you continue to try to feel smarter and better about yourself you attempt to take the intellectual-high-ground because you learned what opportunity cost is in your high school business class, but you took it too far, so now you see everything in such a bitter way, because you're poor and struggling in life.

tl;dr lol shut up idiot you read it all, loser

Roughly 2.5. 3k daily when I factor in my smoothies and protein shakes

I put this sauce on my chicken. Worth the extra calories in the ingredients aren't too bad other than agave:

Figured you had a different schedule, but ya never know maybe you like to cook on thursdays.

E/ funnily enough, i just noticed... today... thursday...isnt even your day off so...

You were so focused on that silly comment you didnt address what I thought was more important. You're going to eat those 3 meals over and over for 5 days? Or is that just lunch for 5 days?

Ive always equated 10-12 reps as trying to gain mass

Around 5 reps for strength

Then even higher for toning

I cook before work on Thursdays, which are basically my Mondays. I do all my shopping on Wednesday night and some light prepping as well. I work evenings--i'm working right now

I do eat these same three meals five days straight all week. At first I fucking hated it, but I've gotten better at cooking and i've come to rely on the stability that having consistent nutrition provides. Occasionally I will skip a meal to have something else, but then I will save that meal for one of my days off

You're dead on about your rep ranges

I have that one, but the flavor of this one is superior.

Didn't know it was zero cal though, that's good to know...

That's fucking dope. Do you think that an average intelligent person could do your job, or are you particularly suited for it due to your personality and/or qualifications?

Sorry for all the questions, I'm desperately trying to find my way career-wise these days
