You're right it can mimic it, but I'm laughing at him showing food that was made from scratch but obviously deep fried

Surely you can tell the food in the image was deep fried from scratch or frozen food, and not food made from scratch using an air fryer

I think the ebook is titled 20-Minutes Air Fryer Michelin Bible by Gordon.
