its always easier to look for a job while you have a job, less pressure and you will be even more relaxed at the interviews

i guess it depends for what job you applying for

me personalty i have worked in IT since i was 18 as IT technician, engineer and now admin :) When i was preparing for interviews it was all about refreshing my mind with technical knowledge and the rest of the questions is just common sense

Just refresh your memory with whatever your job requires you to do, research the company, remember all most positive and key experiences from your previous jobs if they ask you for some examples and dont stress about the rest

also apply for anything even if you think the job is shit, the key is to have as many interviews as possible, you not loosing anything buy going to an interview

also pro tip, learned it hard way over the years, paid off in my last 2 jobs

when you get offered a job and they ask you what salary you want which will most likely be followed by what salary you currently on, always exaggerate and add extra, there no way of them knowing what you have been paid at your previous job, you can always lie to try to get more money

It's only a dishwashing job at a restaurant but I need the job and really want to nail the interview tomorrow. In interviews when they ask a direct question I can answer it no problem with a good enough answer (I think?) but I tend to get nervous and I'm just trying to prepare myself as much as possible. The questions like "Tell me about a time you..." get me all caught up. Any idea what kind of questions they might be at a dishwashing interview??

Thx :D

here it is easy, I was intervied for the same job on my 4th try, and I really didnt gave s hit at all, was easy as that

I'm actually a dishwasher haha, you've came to the right place.

Just be yourself when answering questions. Be truthful and you'll have nothing to worry about.
When I got interviewed, my boss asked me what experience do I have in a kitchen, and I threw in extra answers saying I know how to prepare food and pay attention to detail when it comes to keeping the kitchen clean as a whole. A few short moments after, she was like, Okay when can you start"?

P.S keep in mind, it's a freaking dish washing job dude. don't try so hard because 99.9% of the time! they WILL hire you. nobody likes washing dishes. Bosses know that. so when someone steps up to the plate, they want someone who is willing to accept hard work.
