-7.2 lbs so far. I was a bad boy some. Missed two walks due to having all day depression x2. Had two slices of pizza that my mother in law bought. Also had alcoholic beverages mixed with lemonade during my 2nd depression day and 2 packs of poptarts. No soda though at least. Had to find a way to laugh somehow!

Must be the microplastics.

Anyways. Mistakes besides, I might add another condition in the next day or so to help speed things up. I'll let GC vote on one of two that I had in mind.
