read better!

And rumors say: USA not have payed days off

22.2% of workers having been at their jobs for less than a year as of January 2024.

The average (median) American worker holds a job for roughly 3.9 years.

Yes, Paid Time Off (PTO) generally includes sick days

The average sickness absence rate in the Netherlands in 2023-2024 was around 5.3% to 5.8%, which amounts to approximately 13 to 17 working days per year per employee.
-
Full-time US employees typically have access to 7–10 paid sick days per year, with an average of 8 days for private sector workers after one year of service. Actual usage is often lower, with many employees taking 2–3 days,
=
a American have to work 14days per year when sick

You dudes are so ezz to pown own and dominate

You're telling me to read better? That's irony at it's finest

PTO means PAID DAYS OFF. We get plenty of paid days off you goofball. Quit believing everything you read on the internet. :bonk:

You aren't "pwning" anything, dude. You can't read.

And if you want to include sick time as well, I get 150 hours of vacation and 150 hours of sick time per year, so that's 37.5 days, plus 2 floating holidays, plus about 10 paid holidays. So that's about a month and a half. You're so very wrong, as always.

If you have to subtract sickdays from your PTO, its not a payed day off

In the Netherlands:
On average, there are 6 weekdays that are public holidays per year.
+
25 PTO
+
15 sickdags

Who gives a shit? So maybe your country gets a little more. Your original claim was the US doesn't get paid days off and you were completely wrong...

You also have no room to talk about PTO as you don't even work. Like wtf are you doing

Explain to me how I have 80 hours of PTO then

Instead of moving goal posts, just admit you were wrong. It's not hard.
