I got in pyciatric ward and quit in weak. Easiest thing i ever quit. If you don't have access tem it super easy
Just stop buying them and when you're around them, resist the urge to ask someone for a smoke. The more time that passes, the easier it will be. I smoked for over 20 years and quit a few years ago. I tried quitting many times in the past, but I never had the discipline to stop until I actively chose to put my health first.
