I usually get to work at least 30 minutes early everyday! I like to dress incognito so the greeters at Walmart don't recognize me and I can check in and see if they're doing their jobs properly! Today, some of the best greeters in the company are working the doors so I don't have much to worry about! It should be a smooth transition into my shift! :)
I'm about to start my shift in 20 minutes! B)
We have kind of a fun way of switching out! After I clock in (for example) I'll go to the greeter that's been watching my door for the night and I'll do a hand tag and say, "Tag you're free!" And the person guarding my door will say, "Tag you're it!" :lol:
We think it's important to have fun and joke around like that at work because it helps us foster a pleasant and healthy work environment! :)
