I'm sorry about the pain you're in Erik! That's a total bummer man! I feel you on the motivational quotes too (EXCEPT FOR ROM'S)! I get so tired of hearing that I need to take deep breaths and meditate for my anxiety! I swear, the next person that tells me to take deep breaths is getting the biggest hug from me possible!
