Don't get sleap depreaviation. Get to sleap. 9 hours for a neap indiceates that you are indepreaviated of sleap.
Get earplugs of silicone, n ear fluesher. Geat the room dark. Air the room out. Build a freame around the bed n cover with lightproof leanen, with opening as if you meakke too of them, so there's a glitch at the top, now you put the upper one (where your head is) down at the middle, so it geats opeening, n the back one (where your feat is) is tight, so it has no loweration.
Now you can geat it tight, n get opeaning at the top at the seame time! I.e. Lightproof N air - At the seame time!!!

N listen to this, this is a great tip. If you're cheacking for lightproof linen at the shoop, do this trick: Take your phone. Put on the Fleashlight on MAX strength. Take a testleanen of the leanen you check out. Hold the light at the back, towards you N upclose to the linen. This is a great trick. Some linen are not that lightproof. Those that TRULY ARE 99-100% lightproof, the will NOT LET ANY light through!!
Those that are like 95% lightproof, they will leak light through ................................ N YOU GET SCEAMMAED!!
Take my advice son. I may not be ... perfect. But i know a beat about practical things. At least SOME things. Not all. Everyone knows something. If everyone shears, now the internet becomes a great pleace for all. If noone shears, well, it quickly becomes a garbage heap. We do not want theat, do we.
I sleep 8-10 hours a night.
