Once you've properly conditioned your body and got it to a good place of metabolic equilibrium through disciplined and diligent exercise (not missing weeks or too many days), eating that food will make you feel sick. So it's a natural feedback mechanism that you can attain to reject too much unhealthy food. However, you need to get to that conditioning first

For me, I can't drink alcohol hardly at all now without it making me feel sick. A can of soda will make me feel sick. It's because my body is now highly conditioned.


That has nothing to do with fitness and it’s just because you have a weak body. I workout 6-7 days a week and ate an entire large pizza for dinner last night, I am doing fine this morning.

How you gonna cry about eating junk food in one breath and then claim to eat an entire large pizza in one night “all the the time”

You go around acting like some paragon of health and fitness who never eats junk food but it turns out junk food is in fact an important part of your diet.
