Opiate is cool.
Undertow has its moments, "Sober" came from it.

10,000 Steps though musically pretty fun and interesting doesn't resonate with me as much as Lateralus or Aenima.

I don't find much energy in rock, metalcore and deathcore / techdeath for sure.

You might like some hardcore (punk/metal) if you're looking for some bounce.
