I mean I keep insurance and own multiple properties. A single one at 6.5 million. But you shouldn't treat things as disposable.
If you do, you were raised wrong. If thats a flex to you then cool. But be mindful of your money and you can have more and more by just being mindful of what you own.
I could trash my properties and not take care of them and not care and devalue them. But whats the point? There isn't one.
It only hurts me at the end of the day.... Never understood people like you. But luckily, I don't have too.
Weird flex but okay lol. Anything above $100 I'm going to take care of, period. Whether its $100 to a few million.
Learned that from my ex's dad who's.... close to a billionaire and took many notes. But cool story bro.
Edit, funny enough, I went into his freaking mansion and found 79 cent Winco hand soap. I asked why?
He said under $100, don't worry what brand or if it breaks or is consumed. So shop cheap at that point. The rest of it, is money out of your pocket.
