Coffee bitter yucky yucky only like tea. That and soda which made my tummy turn to jelly.

Tea gets 2 1/4 teaspoons of sugar and milk. 2 tea bags

None coffee is unnecessary. Unless you have some kind of sickness or super low energy to get through the day it's a soft drug. I don't need drugs to function.

I'm chronically ill and have chronic fatigue on top of fibromyalgia! So I deffo do :)


Its self inflicted condition through choice of food you put in your mouth and the lack of regular workouts. So in an indirect way you are also choosing coffee.
Its definitely reversable you arent 80 years old. But its probably futile since people are incredibly resistant to change.

I do drink green tea sometimes though that has caffine so i am not entirely against drinking coffee. There are studies that have been done which have found health benefits but thats usually controlled amounts and particular preperation etc.

Coffee when I wake up,.
1 small spoon of sugar and milk.
Ratio of milk and coffee 70/30


2 Earl grey teas during the day with few drops of milk.

Coffee between work and gym in the afternoon.
Putting 2 spoons of sugar in this one
