Check his lumbar spine, because muscles insufficient the movement goes down to lumbal this is a great video, will safe it 😂

He had a neck, definetly. When I punch him with full force in his face. His neck will not move a cm.

When I punch op in the face, his neck might be broken cuz muscles are damaged already 😂

Considering athletic tape during the day from upper chest to back for posture reminders. Ain't no way I'm putting on one of those "fasten your seat belt" back straps.
My chiro always gives me a hard time :rofl:
