Hypothetically let's say you have a plate of food with two foods on it:
one hot food meant to be eaten hot, one cold food meant to be eaten cold
You only have time to eat one of these foods before the other loses temperature.
Do you eat the hot food while its hot and risk cold food getting warm
Or do you eat the cold food first and risk hot food getting cold
Put cold food in fridge
Eat hot food first...
And even if no appliances like fridge or whatever cause outside then still eat hot food first and cold food will still stay cool overnight
