Done a 3 day fast a few times

However, over 10 years ago, i did a 1 week fast just to see if i could. Did it, not recommend it.

Just broke my fast now guys, soaked a 30 day aged steak in San Pellegrino all night and cooked it just now on a low heat, it sliced like cake and I dipped it in pink Himalayan mountain salt and ate it.

Was amazing.

Would fast again for that part alone.

Fasting is my not so secret weapon for weight loss.
Legit the best way to lose weight (outside medical conditions) is to stop putting food in your mouth.

The biggest misconception about fasting is people think you have to do it for days/weeks.
This is not true, Fasting for weight loss is all about Caloric Deficit.

Intermittent Fasting <- that's the magic.
Eat 1 meal a day, preferably around the same time daily.
It takes approx 8-12 hours for the fasting to begin after your last meal.
So this is in reality only a 12 hour intermittent fast.
But in reality, you're only eating food once every 24 hours.

It's all about willpower, don't put food in your mouth!
If you can master this you can lose weight over weeks/months with absolute ease.
Which means when you wanna cheat and eat what you want, it's not going to break your diet.
Just get back on the 1 meal every 24 hours routine to counter act the cheat food.

Also meal size... Don't binge and bloat.
Eat a properly portioned meal.
It will seem small! but that's all your body needs!

drink water or zero calorie drinks, no soda or juice allowed.
Take vitamins and minerals to supplement what your body isn't getting from food.

It would have been a good post if he didn't write intermediate instead of intermittent tbh.
