Legit the best way to lose weight (outside medical conditions) is to stop putting food in your mouth.
The biggest misconception about fasting is people think you have to do it for days/weeks.
This is not true, Fasting for weight loss is all about Caloric Deficit.
Intermediate Fasting <- that's the magic.
Eat 1 meal a day, preferably around the same time daily.
It takes approx 8-12 hours for the fasting to begin after your last meal.
So this is in reality only a 12 hour intermediate fast.
But in reality, you're only eating food once every 24 hours.
It's all about willpower, don't put food in your mouth!
If you can master this you can lose weight over weeks/months with absolute ease.
Which means when you wanna cheat and eat what you want, it's not going to break your diet.
Just get back on the 1 meal every 24 hours routine to counter act the cheat food.
Also meal size... Don't binge and bloat.
Eat a properly portioned meal.
It will seem small! but that's all your body needs!
drink water or zero calorie drinks, no soda or juice allowed.
Take vitamins and minerals to supplement what your body isn't getting from food.
