I try not to. If i really get cornered, look through what i have and make the quickest and simplest thing i have, even if it takes 30 minutes.
When i was poor, slice of wholegrain bread with dairy butter, assortment of ham/salami and cheese. Maybe melted with grillspice.
I can do mcdonald's or such, but try hard to steer from it. It's so bad food.
And sometimes, going through a starvation period isn't such a bad thing. We get our limts tested, and when creativity does come back, it is more genuine.
One thing i've gotten a hankering for lately is liver paste or liver paté. In sweden where we sometimes go shopping because it's cheaper, they had something called garlig paté and that was very tasty. It's probably not the healthiest food, brainwashing ground industrial waste product, who knws what it contains. But i've gotten a hankering for it, and that, on buttered wholegrain bread, is fakking tasty xp especially with pepsi max. Quick'n easy to make. A big goddamn slice of it too ^^
