Fair enough, i respect the decision
Does that only happen with weed? What about alcohol or any other substance?
Caffeine was my first problem, and I was drinking massive amounts of soda. Massive. 2-4 liters a day. Turned into caffeine pill abuse, energy drinks, coffee, etc.
Smoking cigarettes didn't go crazy but was pack a day for years and years.
Alcohol was a huge problem, was drinking 6 packs nightly just to fall asleep. Eventually wrecked my car trying to drift corners on the way home from what was a normal night of drinking at a friend's house.
Whip-it's was a thing for a few weeks, went through cases of canisters till I had some seizures and thought it best to quit.
Got into adderall (amphetamine salts of any kind) in college, bought out the whole campus, stayed up till I tripped balls and got hospitalized.
Good ol' coke. Daily use, bringing coke to work, couldn't be without it. Romanticized it.
Pretty much everything - I have an addictive personality. So now I'm happy to have several years clean and sober, with the exception of trying the dabs again earlier this year.
A key to quitting any addiction is replacing it with a new one, so I've replaced smoking with oxygen - not a tank just deep breathing exercises, and I have an obsession with drinking water. I drink at least a gallon a day typically.
I haven't had the problem with Food - I have trouble eating at all sometimes but I try. I definitely don't over-eat.
Sleep, yes. I tend to oversleep. Or I stay awake way too long. It's not insomnia I'm just addicted to consciousness.
