You're the dumbass who stated this: "when planes leave land and fly over the ocean, the gps no longer works and gets switched off automatically and turns back on once they flying over land again", insinuating that they used a GPS which was turned off over the ocean because it "didn't work there", when that is completely not how current tracking systems work for commercial aircraft. As ADS-B traffic routing to satellite becomes standard, you'll have an actual satellite tracking of aircraft in flight, and you won't see another incident like MH370.
