The slopes of the lines are what's critical on these graphs. You can see that the rate at which average temperature increases is increasing. The 95% error is what is represented in the two most distant lightly shaded areas of maximum error at a given time on the graph, and if anything it appears the error is generally decreasing as time elapses.
