The slopes of the lines are what's critical on these graphs. You can see that the rate at which average temperature increases is increasing. The 95% error is what is represented in the two most distant lightly shaded areas of maximum error at a given time on the graph, and if anything it appears the error is generally decreasing as time elapses.

Pretty sure nobody actually doubts that climate change exists. A sizable portion of the US and canada was carved by glacial activity and the desertification of the sahara is hard to ignore.
We've already proven that humans are capable of wiping out the ozone layer on our own, so we know we can cause real climate change. The only debate that makes any sense is whether our release of gasses contributes to global warming.

It is possible that the rising temperatures are due to natural causes along a cycle that takes place over millions of years (some scientists believe we're still in an ice age) but until we're sure we have to behave as if we are at least partially responsible. The risk justifies the action.
