I finally started playing the Warlock for the first time. I'm playing single player offline (8 player game).
I'm planning to build a Goatman build. Just got my 2nd Goatman at level 24. Planning to have 3 Goatman.

Unless the Bind Demon skill at Level 30 intrigues me too much. in that case I'm going two Goatman and The Smith.
I hate cookie cutter builds and I see everybody getting Hephasto and Lister the Tormentator. Not me though guys...

But I'm building a Warlock summoner either way. I'm addicted to D2R again. I was worried this would happen but it's for the best.

However, I also think Chris Wilson who co-created Path of Exile nailed his D2R Reign of the Warlock review. A lot of excellent points he made.

One particular thing he mentioned. Characters being too overpowered. They can always nerf those. But they shouldn't nerf the fun. An example was when the D2R Devs accidentally gave the shockwave Werebear unintended double damage one season a couple years back. It became a super fun and chill build. Very popular and many people were starting to actually play that once slept on build. And then they nerfed it back to being irrelevant again. Anytime they stumble into an overpowered build just embrace it and let people enjoy it. We would've never had the iconic hammerdin a couple decades ago if they fixed every overpowered build.

It's true.

I just can't see myself grinding on D2R anymore. Which is why I chose to play single player offline.
Play at my own pace. No pressure of trying to be the best. I'll find all the items in the game as well.

New ladder season starting tomorrow night. I want no part of it. I'll just play offline when I feel like it.
I absolutely love the two extra stash tabs plus the gem, rune and material tabs. Warlock is cool also.

Just reached Level 30 Warlock and got the bind Demon. I binded The Smith. Dude is a tank on Players 8. LOL

After sleeping last night I realized why not just get my money's worth on D2R?
Since I already paid to extend my yearly Nintendo Online account. Makes sense.

I do want to play Season 13 starting tonight at 7 PM central on D2R for my Nintendo Switch.
But I just don't want to grind hard is all. I suppose I can do it. A little here and there daily.

The maximum online character slots is 24 and I have 21. I guess 3 is okay but I want 5.
I'll try and delete a few characters and give myself the option of playing the new season.

EDIT: Oh cool. Looks like Reign of the Warlock increased my online character slots to 26. So not 24 anymore. Used to be 20 also.

Jennifer Garner is 53 years old and doesn't look a day over 35. Fish sticks is perfect for a Friday. With Lent and all. <3
