Again, the air is not spinning because of gravity, but because of the kinetic energy imparted to it by the rotation of the earth. Gravity is just what keeps it from floating into space.
Why is this so hard for you to understand? Most kids can grasp Newton's laws before they get their first pubic hair.

Ok - thats say that was true - so if the air doesn't spinning with the earth - you could just hop on a hot air balloon, float up for a 6 hours and travel a 1/4 way around the Earth, but that doesn't happen does it.
This ball Earth theory of your has alot of holes to it really.
