Sirloin in the oven. Actually the swedes are a bit weird about that, they write "fläskfilét" .. which means pork filet, and it can be sirloin or tenderloin. I think this is a sirloin. Just brushed with olive oil, salt, pepper. 150C fan for 1 hour, to check. Going to slice it thin and use for breakfast/lunch, with cheese and such. Genius food. 1/3 of the price of buying ready sliced.

Nice!

We call it ''varkenshaasje''
Most expensive part of the pig!

Some champion-cream sauce on it with some patato and veggies?

Cool name ^^ I always found dutch funny and interesting. Boes was the first dutch thing i saw on tv, great cartoon ^^ "Oksen Anton" in norway, "anton the bull" xD And then there's this ^^ Tony Beets answers all your questions [english subtitled] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i48NB9JfPrM

Yeah that is definitely a great route to serve it with. Just going to use it for bread sides. With wholegrain bread, dairy butter and cheese. But it's best served as dinner, that's true. But that cheap, can be used for anything.

Chill in fridge, rub it in with the stock in pan first for more flavour. In sweden, regular offers, about 10$ a kilo. So it's worth stocking up on'em. Should do more of it. "Nordbysenteret" and "svinesund" is a very popular shopping area close to the norwegian border, food is expensive in norway, and if you know what to look for (they raise prices there in sweden too) you can save many coynz ^^ But i think a lot of people don't think ... they just buy without calculating kilo price .. things can be cheap or average here in norway too if one follows ads.. many people are lazy. But tenderloin or varkenshaasje ^^ is about 16$ a kilo here.. so it's not feasible to buy regularly. Too expensive.

Suboptimal fruit color for ripeness and moisture.
Absolutely I feel sorry for you.
With fruit like that I would want more flavor too.
...But I don't consume to much excess salt, chili.

Stock isn't much during winter.

A lil dip in the Tajin wont hurt ya.

First of all, bananas are always in stock.
Secondly, citrus season so eat a cutie mandarin or grapefruit.
Thirdly, pineapple is year-round when you know how to ripen and cut them. Watermelon is gmo now and year-round.. Just gotta know to pick fruit.

Do you like what is called chinese candy; the sour and salty dried plums?

I'm gonna be ignorant here and just say I buy fruit.
Usually from a fruteria, never supermarkets.
That's about it.
