Two delicious staples for me would be chorizo breakfast tacos and the bolillo bread tacos full of ground beef.
Also the authentic chicken and cheese quesadillas. Absolutely delicious. That would put Taco Bell to shame.
Living in South Texas I do experience a lot of Tex-Mex variations. Just give me a barbecued beef brisket.
Also the Coca-Cola in Mexico is different. It's so addicting and cost effective. Cheaper than water and has real cane sugar in it.
