Yui Mizuno skipped Babymetal's previous show in December and she was also not present at the beginning of this week when they returned with their world tour. Last time she performed was in October.

Before the December shows it was informed that Yui will skip those shows due to health issues. Also their record label has now stated that she is still a full member of the band so it seems that her injury/illness continues. I doubt it would be 2 individual cases of sickness because their choreo was built so it would also work with only Suzuka and Moa. Most likely Amuse acknowledged the possibilty of Yui missing these shows all the way back in December. No further detail about her health has been given and it's totally understandable because in Japan it's even more restricted to reveal personal information of employees health. Last few days have been rough but stuff like this makes you really think what's important to you in life. Whatever her health issues might be, I hope Yui gets well soon and until that there is not much to do but give full support to Suzuka and Moa. Thanks for your concern, you're truly a nice person.
