The fact that obesity is a choice isn't the problem. The problem is what makes it extremely difficult for those people that are genetically predisposed to gain weight. The problem is chemicals like msg in the food. The real problem is health. Obesity as a health problem is extremely misconstrued as shown by the op. When you choose to dismiss variables such as genetics and chemicals in the environment, that either shows ignorance or someone with an agenda. Another variable is ignorance. So many people are not informed about what is healthy. So how can they get better if they don't know? The lack of self control argument is extremely weak vs all these conditions. How is it possible that people develop strong minds over night? When you are raised by ignorant parents, and you grow up eating the bullshit they eat, then how can you get better? Not everyone has independent minds nor develops them in a day. My point is that most people are ignorant about health, and makes bad choices based on that. Take away the chemicals in the food, and you will have less obese people. Educate people about health the right way, and you will have less obese people.
And please don't give your children soda and fast food like Mcdonalds. They can get addicted early and it can develop into a bigger problem as a child develops into an adult. Why take the chance?
Maybe Satan can educate ya bucks:

Obviously you can't read. I said it was a choice and that obese people are lazy. That's all there is to it.
