Men need to stand up for ourselves more often. Not to the point of choking someone to death but I understand Brian's side. He gets sick of Gabby's abuse. Flys back to Florida. gabby begs him to come back because she cant drive the fan or act like an adult on a solo road trip. Brian flys back and gabby goes right back to abusing him. I'd be fuckin pissed as well.
Unfortunately if you stand up for yourself as a male while being the recipient of domestic abuse and call authority you are seen as a weak
On the other side of the coin if you unfortunately retaliate do being hit or abused, you end up in jail.
Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
Parental custody is another major issue like this.

It's not really surprising suicide rates among adult males is light years beyond any other demographic.
